As a manager in Spark, you can quickly set up new user accounts. This guide will walk you through creating a single account, covering the essentials so your new user can get started smoothly.
Before you start
- Check if the user already exists by searching their email or mobile number.
- Prepare the user's First name, Last name and either Email or Mobile number.
Steps
Navigate to the Users tab from the dashboard
Select Create new user.
- Fill in the user details:
Required: First name, Last name, Email or Mobile number.
Optional but recommended: Assign an organisational unit to help with reporting and permissions.
Optional: Set the users preferred language. and time zone.
- (Optional) Set the account status to control:
- Visibility in search results
- Eligibility to access training materials
Enrolment in system communications
These settings can be updated anytime
Click Create user to finish
- After you've created the account, you'll be able to manage and assign training content as needed.
