Urgent - Your service has failed, is critically unavailable, or you are not able to gain access to it in any way. High - Your service is displaying significant errors and not working as it should when it is being accessed. Normal - General help for technical queries, updates, or if you are having content issues with the service. Low - You have a question about your service and are seeking more information on how to use features.
