What is the Compliance Webshop
The Compliance Webshop allows organisations to purchase compliance training online and provide learners with access using registration codes.
Courses are completed entirely through a web browser, with no additional software required. Once a learner successfully completes their training, a certificate is made available.

How it works
- Your organisation purchases one or more training courses through the Compliance Webshop.
- An access (registration) code is issue for each purchased course.
- The person responsible for training within your organisation shares the registration code with learners.
- Learners register using their work email address and registration code.
- Training becomes available immediately (once the invoice has been processed).
- Learners complete the training online.
- A certificate is awarded upon successful completion.
Accessing Training
To begin your training you'll need:
- Your registration code
- Your work email address
After registering, your course will appear on your learner dashboard ready to launch.
Note: Each course has its own registration code. If you've been assigned multiple courses, you'll receive a separate code for each one.
Registration email not received?
After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email.
If it doesn't arrive:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm you entered the correct email address during registration.
Managing your account
Once registered, you can manage your account from the My Profile Tab.
From here you can:
- Change your password.
- Update your name or personal details.
If you've forgotten your password, select the Forgot Password on the login page.
Languages
Available languages are listed on each course page, and learners can choose their preferred language when completing the training.
Reporting and Certificates
After successfully completing a course:
- A completion certificate is made available.
- The nominated manager within your organisation receives progress reports showing learner enrolments and completions.
System Requirements
The Compliance Webshop does not require additional hardware, or software to complete training.
For the best experience we recommend:
- A stable internet connection.
- HTTPS access.
- A supported web browser.
- A screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768.
- Speakers or headphones where audio is included.
