Localisation of module titles and certificates

You can localise module titles and certificates so trainees can see them in their preferred language. When a trainee's account language matches an enabled LMS language and translated title exists, the module title will display in that language. 

Note: only the module title is localised - descriptions are not

How to set up translated module titles

To make sure translated titled display correctly, you'll need to enter or amend the title on both the module details page, and the variant page.

1. Go to Library > Modules

   

2. Create or Edit the module you want to localise

   

3. For each language, manually enter the translated title (Reminder: this affects the title only).

4. Save your changes

   

How to set up language-specific certificates

You set up certificates in multiple languages by creating a separate template for each language (If you only want to use one certificate, just upload it once and select the EN channel option).

1. Ensure the target languages are enabled on your LMS.
2. For each language, manually enter the translated title
3. Create or upload a certificate template for each language.
4. Important: you must use the same field mappings for dynamic values across each language template.
