Follow these steps to set up your courses using the files we’ve provided. You’ll need to download, match and upload the correct files into your LMS.
Step 1 – Download your Deliverable Package
- Click the download link provided in your email.
- Save the ZIP folder to your computer.
Once downloaded extract/unzip the folder so you can see all the contents.
Step 2 – Review the Folder Contents
Inside the folder, you’ll find three main types of files:
| File Type | Description |
| Metadata File .CSV | The file lists all the details for each course (this includes: Course ID, Stub filename, Thumbnail Filename, Course Title, Topic Title, Course Tags, Course Description, Course Short Description, Course Learning Objectives, Course Duration, Course Language, Last Updated). Note: If the course is available in multiple languages, the file will include a separate column for each language. |
| Stub Files (Zip Files) | These are your SCORM packages – each one is a course you can upload to your LMS |
| Thumbnail Images (JPG or PNG) | These are the course images you can use in your LMS to represent each course. |
Step 3 – Match Stub Files to Courses
- Open the metadata file
- In this file, you’ll see a column titled Stub Filename – this shows the name of each stub file.
One of the other columns (labelled Course Title) lists the course names that correspond to each stub.
- Use these columns to:
- Verify that all expected courses are present.
- Confirm which stub file matches each course.
- Ensure that courses are named correctly when you upload them to your LMS.
- Match thumbnail to course - rewrite
Step 4 – Upload the Stub Files to your LMS
- Upload each Stub Zip file – do not unzip these.
- Once uploaded, you can upload the matching thumbnail image.
- Review the course to make sure it displays correctly.
- Publish the course and assign it to yourself. Check that you can see the content, pick up where you left off, and that bookmarking works
- Does module save as complete as expected?
