Microsoft is degrading support for Internet Explorer as of November 2020. This means that this browser is not guaranteed to be compatible with the platform or as a secure option for browsing the web. We recommend upgrading to Microsoft Edge.
The Samsung Internet browser app is not the most compatible browser for accessing elearning content or with using the Spark platform. We recommend upgrading your browser to one of the recommended applications on this article.
When you access your training on the Spark platform, you are most likely accessing it using the default browser on your device.
