The training distribution page shows all module allocations and their status. It allows managers to filter trainees and allocations, refining the data needed for reports. Reports can be generated to identify which modules are outstanding, completed or in progress, enabling efficient monitoring, compliance management and follow-up planning.
Why this is useful
Checking allocations allows you to:
- Track progress – see which users have completed their training and which are outstanding.
- Plan follow-ups – identify trainees who require reminders or additional support.
- Ensure compliance – Confirm that mandatory training is completed in time.
- Gain insights into training - understand completion patterns, identify gaps and evaluate effectiveness across departments,
Accessing the Training Distribution Page
- Go to the Dashboard
- Click the Activity tab,
- Select Training Distribution.
- This page shows all assigned training items, including their status.
Filtering Your Data (recommend)
Filters help focus on specific training items, user groups, or statuses. Filters include:
| Filter | Description |
| Training Item Type | Assignment, Document, Event, Module, Signable Document, or Survey |
| Trainee Tags | Tags assigned to trainees (e.g. department) |
| Training Item Tags | Tags assigned to training items for grouping |
| Allocation Tags | Tags assigned to allocations |
| Given on | Date when the training was assigned |
| Overdue | Items past their due date |
| Expired | Training that is no longer active or valid |
| Archived | Training that has been archived |
| Area/Aspect | Specific learning areas or org units |
To apply filters:

Click on Filter
- Select the Filters you need.

Apply to update the listed results.
Generating a report
Now that you have applied your filters you can generate your report by:

Clicking Bulk Actions.

Select All and click Download Data.

Once you've chosen which fields to include click Generate.
Once your export is generated you can download the CSV file and check module allocations and completion status.
