When setting up accounts or setting dates, you will encounter a date picker field that will allow you to select a date from the current month.
This kind of date picker will allow you to very quickly specify a particular date by navigating between decades with ease.
To do so, select the month at the top of the calendar to change the time perspective to month selection, and clicking it once more will change the time perspective to year selection.
For example, when clicking the calendar field, select "July 2022" (current month displayed as default).
Doing so will then display the month selection options.
In the same way, clicking the year at the top of this selection option ("2022") will change to year selection. 
You can technically click this twice further out. When you have the year you want, click it, and the process will reverse, allowing you to select the month, and then the day.
