Standard Account Notification
When an account is set up and training is assigned to you, you will receive a notification of the training assignment with a link to access your account and the content that has been distributed.
If the account that has been assigned the training is newly created, when you click the
"Access your training" button, you will be directed to a page to set the first password for your account.
If you have already activated your account by setting a first-time password, you will be directed to the login page for the training, where you will be able to log back in using your email/mobile (or username if available) and the password you set.
Enter those details into the "I'm already setup" option on the log in page.
Once you have logged in, you will see your training dashboard and will be able to access your training.
If you are a Manager or Trainer/Instructor level account with high level access, you will be directed to the management views first, and can select to access your training via the navigation menu at the top right of your screen.
Using an Activation Code
An activation code is a single use code to ensure that you can set up a new account with training through self-registration, or get access to additional training modules for an existing account.
This code may be present in the notification you have received to set up your new account.
As a new user, visit the web address of your company training page, and enter the code into the "I have a new code" option on the login page.
You will then be prompted to complete a form of details required by your company to create your training account, and then be able to access the training.
If you already have a training account but have a code for additional training modules, log into your account and scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see an option labelled "Got a code?" where you can enter the code to redeem additional training content.
Link in my email isn't working!
If the link in your email is not working, you may need to contact your manager to confirm the web address of the log in page.
The web address is what is shown at the top of your browser, and will be different for each organisation.
When you have the web address, you can go to the log in page on your device, and request a password reset for your account.
The advanced account setup enables the management team to capture specific information against a user’s account during a self-registration process.
You are able to control and or force a user to enter/update additional information.
