Reset via Email address or Phone number
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the option on the sign-in page for your training account to reset it.
When you have loaded the login page, click on the "Forgotten password?" link just beneath the sign -in to begin the password reset process.
This will prompt you to enter the email address for your account, or you can change this to the phone number for your account. Once you have entered your details, click "Reset Password" to receive password reset instructions to the contact details you submitted.
Ensure that the details entered into the Reset field is accurate and matches an existing account in the platform. If these details do not match an existing account, no reset option will be sent.
If you have an account that was created with a phone number instead of an email address, or has a phone number as a sign in option, you can select the option to reset by phone number as well on the password reset screen.
If you have not yet set a password and the original link you were sent has expired, you will need to ask your manager to send a new link.
If you have tried to reset your password and have not received a password reset email/text message, please check your email Junk, Spam and Clutter folders.
Reset without an email address or phone number
If you forget your password and do not have an email address (or mobile phone) associated with your account, you must contact your employer or manager who has issued the training to you and they will be able to issue you with a temporary password.
You can then use your username and the temporary password to log back into your account. When you use the temporary password to log in, you will be prompted to reset the password for your account to something only you know.
