As a manager in Spark, you can create and manage job roles to link users to the correct training proficiencies and compliance rules. This ensures every user has the right assignments for their role.
Before you start
- Job roles connect users to proficiencies and compliance rules.
- Only users with permissions to manage settings can create or edit job roles.
- To view or edit or existing job roles, go to Settings → Job roles.
- If you don't see this option contact Sponge Support for assistance.
Create a new job role
From the dashboard, go to the Settings tab and select Job roles.
Click Create new job role.
If no roles exist yet, a Create job role button will appear by default
Enter the title of the role (e.g. Manager, Supervisor, Trainee) - if multiple languages are available, you can add a name for each respective language.
- Click Create Job role.
