In order to access your support tickets or support tickets you have been cc'd into on the Sponge Support Desk, you will need to verify the email address (or all email addresses) associated with your account.
Accessing the Support Desk allows you to access all tickets you are associated with in one place. You will always receive an email with any updates made to a ticket you are a part of as well.
When you first create your account you will be sent a welcome email to help you access and verify your account.
If you no longer have access to this email, when you next log into your account and try to access your tickets by selecting "My Activities" under the dropdown menu.
You may be presented with a message stating that you have an unverified email.
Click the link in the message to proceed with the verification steps.
Once this is completed, you will be able to access your account in full and view any ticket you have created or been cc'd into.
