The Audit Log provides a record of activity in Spark, allowing managers to review actions performed. It can be used to view when actions occurred, who performed them, and any additional information recorded against each event.
Accessing the Audit Log
From the Spark dashboard, select Reports, then select Audit log.
Using the Audit Log
The Audit log displays the most recent activity first.
Use the available filters to narrow the results displayed.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | View activity from Anytime, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or select a custom date range. |
| Action | Filter by action type, such as Create, Update, or Permission Change. |
| Changed by | Filter activity by the user type that performed the action. |
Select Apply Filters to update the results.
Each entry includes:
- Date and time
- Action
- Source
- User ID
- Notes and additional information.
Note: Audit log entries are retained for the period configured for your organisation.
