Occasionally users experience problems when syncing modules to the server once they have been completed. This is most likely due to a corrupt file or a break in connectivity.

If your data is not syncing properly you will see this:
You should first try re-opening the training and exiting again. If the problem still persists then you will need to send us the logging data so that we can resolve for you. Please follow the instructions below:
- Hold down the 'shift' button on your keyboard while pressing the 'retry' button.
- Follow instructions in the pop up window (pictured below).
This will download a JSON file to your default download folder (occasionally it will be saved elsewhere if you have altered your default download directory). The file will have a name that has a long list of numbers - something like the screenshot below.
You should send this data file to Bolt Learning as an email attachment to email@example.com for processing (you don't need to zip or compress the file).
