Spark Sender Domain Update

An optional feature has been added to allow Spark to designate a specific sender address that platform notifications will be sent from, other than the default boltspark.com domain. 

This feature requires steps to be completed both on the Sponge side as well as on the Client side, including DKIM and SPF configuration. 

 

Report Data Download Improvement

The .csv data download for reports now operates true to the date selector, allowing for smaller size downloads instead of the full dataset each time it is requested.

 

Distribute by Tag to individual Users

Content bundles using Tags can now be distributed from an individual user account, and funnels the user through the same step process as a bulk distribution.

Day 0 Trainee Notifications

Notifications have been updated to include options for sending a Trainee notification at a specified time on the same day as when training is distributed.

This option comes with some caveats in use: 

  • Day 0 notifications are for Trainee Notifications only;
  • If distribution of training occurs after the notification issue time, the notification will not be sent to the user;
    • Notifications do not rollover to next day.
