Full screen Option

The full screen option for relay modules videos on the platform is now functional. This option was present previously, but non-functional.

 

Module Certificate PDF allocation via API

PDF Certificates can now be obtained using API for completed allocations for modules with a configured certificate.

 

Mouse Scroll button fix in Edge Chromium

The mouse scroll button is now functional throughout the full module experience when using the Edge Chromium browser.

 

Timeout Error fix for large distributions

A fix was released to improve the performance of the LMS, including the reduction of loading times for training item list pages and bulk distributions.

Archiving Feature

The Archiving feature can be used to archive any Training Distributions individually or in bulk. While the feature can be used to easily reverse Training Distributions to multiple users effortlessly, it also allows for the archiving to be reversed if required, or a mistake has been made. For more information on the archiving functions, please review the below description:

    • Archiving Individual Allocations - Any manager who has permission to maintain the users will be able to use this feature to archive individual allocations.
    • Archiving Bulk Allocations – Any manager who has permission to bulk archive allocations can use this feature.
    • New Archive filter – The new Archive filter will enable managers and support to locate specific archives and rectify them partially or fully using the date range feature of the filter.
    • Un-archiving – Un-archiving can be actioned in Bulk and Individually the same way as archiving. This feature will also be restricted the same way using user permissions.

Bulk Edit Managers

This change will allow users to Bulk Edit trainee and manager accounts at the same time. This will include changes to User Account information or the addition of Tags.

Please be aware that any existing functionality of Bulk Editing will remain and this will only enable managers, who have the relevant permissions, to Bulk Edit all other types of users at the same time.
