Modules that have been processed through the Learning Performance Platform (LPP) and returned to you for upload to your LMS are able to appear in the Module List.
Once the modules have begun to generate data, they will appear on your Module List and continue to show engagement and results data for the lifetime of that module on your platform.
Modules will appear on the list in the order that they have been added.
Each page has space to show up to forty modules, which you can click into to view the data recorded.
Why can't I see my module(s)?
If you have been given a module file that has been processed and uploaded to your LMS platform but has not yet appeared in the LPP, this means that no trackable data has been generated for this content yet.
Trackable data is generated when at least one user has accessed the content, and this typically should be completed by testing the module on the platform it is uploaded to.
If you have concerns about this, please contact Sponge Support.
I just see lots of random letters and numbers?
Sometimes you may upload a module and data will be generated, but instead of a module title you will see a string of random letters and numbers.
This is the long-form ID of the module within the LPP and will appear as the default name for that content. To resolve this, rename the module.
Click the module to go into the Summary Information.
At the end of the current module title, select the edit icon and enter the name of the module.
