First time account access
When your account is created in Sponge Analytics, you will receive a Welcome email providing you with a link to the log-in page, and a temporary password for you to use for your first sign-in.
Selecting the first link in the email, you will be taken to the Learning Performance Platform (LPP) site where you will be able to sign in and set your password, as well as complete any required additional registration fields.
Resetting your Account Password
In the case that you forget the password you set up your account with, you are able to reset it using the "Forgot your password?" option, located beneath the password field on the Sign-in page.
Once selected, enter your email address to begin this process, and select "Reset my password".
Once this button is clicked, you will see a prompt asking you for a code and to set your new password.
You will receive an email at this stage with the verification code you need to authorise and set a new password.
Enter the verification code that is emailed to you, and then the new password that you would like to set for your account.
There are some password requirements that you will need to adhere to:
- Must contain a lower case letter;
- Must contain an upper case letter;
- Must contain a special character;
- Must contain a number; and
- Must contain at least 8 characters.
Once you have entered your new password, click "Change Password" to confirm.
You will then be taken back to the sign-in screen, where you are able to log in with your email address and the new password that you have set for your account.
