Microsoft Edge (Anaheim Version) is the new version of Microsoft Edge (Spartan Version). Not sure if you are up to date? Download the latest version of Microsoft Edge here.
If you are experiencing issues loading the training, including seeing the message
"Unable to Acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded", or;
"d37qvdioltnfzp.cloudfront.net unable to connect"
you may need to update your browser to the latest version of Edge, and adjust some settings of your browser to ensure that Flash Player is enabled.
Flash Player will be discontinued at the end of December 2020 - meaning training that uses this technology may not be compatible with modern browsers after this date. After December 2020 you may need to contact your local Learning Administrator for advice.
If Flash Player is enabled, you may need to adjust your cookies settings.

Enable Flash On Edge
In Edge, select the three horizontal dots in the top right corner to open the menu options, and select "Settings". Once in the Settings, click "Site Permissions".
In the site permissions please allow Flash to ask if it can run:
Once you have enabled this setting, return to the training and load the module once more.
When you launch it, you should see a prompt giving you the choice to allow or deny the page permission to run Flash. Click "Allow".
If you see an error that states the following:
Please close your browser and reload the training once more, or run the System Checker to see if you need to adjust your cookies settings.
